Requirements
- Minimum Balance to start account: $21.00
- Account is offered to account holders with the age of 21 or below
- At least one adult owner is required to be on the account and must be 18 years or older
- At least one adult owner must also have an open checking account with Citizens Bank to qualify for the LevelUp21 Savings
