Bank-to-Bank Transfers        

Bank-to-Bank transfers allow online banking users to send and receive money from their accounts outside of Citizens Bank.  The process is simple and only takes a few moments to set up.
To enroll in this service, please call us at 575-647-4100 or visit any of our six Citizens bank locations.  Any of our personal bankers at any of our locations can enable Bank-to-Bank transfers on your account.
Enrollment is free and transfers cost just $2.00 each (plus tax).  Call us today to get started!



Online Statement Rewards   

Statement Rewards presents you with in-statement money saving offers from your favorite retailers and merchants. It also analyzes your largest recurring monthly expenses and offers plan and service alternatives to help you save money. This exciting new feature is free and is seamlessly delivered within your secure online banking session. On your statement you will find:
Purchase Rewards  In addition to receiving deals from your favorite stores and the country’s leading retailers, Statement Rewards presents merchant spend summaries so you know where your money is going. The service also shows you recommendations for other merchants you may enjoy, based upon where you love to shop.
Personalized Bill Analysis  The bill analyzer feature allows you to easily find personalized money-saving recommendations on large monthly expenses such as your cell phone bill, TV service, gas fill-ups, etc. based upon your usage.
Safe & Secure  Statement Rewards is a secure system that never uses any personally identifiable information such as your name, credit/debit card number, address or anything attributable to you. Purchasing rewards are also completely secure and occur within Citizens Bank’s secure bank environment.
Opt-out  Enrollment is automatic and we hope you enjoy this new feature. Of course, if you choose to not see rewards on your statement, an easy-to-find “Hide Offers” button at the top of your statement allows you to opt-out of the service with one click at any time.

Personalize your online banking experience with MyCitizens Online 

MyCitizens Online lets you personalize your online banking view.  Using widgets (configurable application windows), MyCitizens Online allows you to add, delete or move information that is important to you.
