Due to a high incidence of fraud in the cities and states mentioned above, we have placed a temporary debit card block. Our customers will still be able to use their debit card, but they will be required to enter their PIN to complete transactions. Customers will still be able to complete online purchases. NEW FRAUD PREVENTION SERVICE effective JUNE 8th, 2016

In our continuing efforts to keep your accounts safe, we've improved our alert system for potential fraud.

Here's how it'll work as of JUNE 8TH, 2016:

Remember- Our messages WILL NEVER  ask for your PIN or account number.

*The phone number for our fraud center has changed to 1-800-417-4592. If you add this number to your phone contacts and label it "Fraud Center", it will display whenever you get a call from this number. 06/01/2016: New York

Due to a high incidence of fraud in the state of New York we have placed a temporary debit card block. 05/10/2016: Albuquerque

Due to a high incidence of fraud in the Albuquerque area, we have placed a temporary block in the surrounding areas(Alameda, Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Socorro, Belen, Los Lunas, and Santa Fe). Our customers will still be able to use their debit card, but they will be required to enter their PIN to complete transactions. Customers will still be able to complete online purchases. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is temporary and for your protection.

12/31/2015: Pilot Gas Stations
