Welcome To Citizens Online Banking!
After applying for Citizens Online Banking, Citizens Bank will activate your Internet banking and access to the accounts that you have requested. The Bank will mail to you a letter containing your Online Banking ID. Your PIN number initially is the last four digits of your Tax ID number.
To login to Citizens Online Banking, go to this Internet location,
enter your ID and PIN number, then click Begin Banking.
The Bank will assign your ID number, similar to the number shown above. However, you may later choose to change the ID number to something easier to remember. You will be asked to change your PIN number as you login for the first time.
You are permitted three login attempts. If you fail to successfully login, your login access will be locked and you will need to contact our Support Services department for assistance at (505) 647-4167.
